2. Information about the processing of your personal data

2.1 Visiting the website

Purpose: If our website is only used informatively (no registration and no transmission of other information), personal data is collected which is transmitted from your browser to our server. This is technically necessary in order to display our website and to guarantee the stability and security of the website.

2.3 Cookies/web analytics service

2.4 Customer administration, accounting, logistics and bookkeeping

Purpose: To process personal data within the framework of any business relationship with customers, suppliers, distributors, interested parties and partners in the course of a business activity, including the systematic recording of all business transactions relating to income and expenses.

Legal basis: Consent (Art 6 para. 1 lit a DSGVO), performance of a contract, required for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art 6 para. 1 lit b DSGVO), performance of a legal obligation (Art 6 para. 1 lit c DSGVO), legitimate interest, in particular defence, exercise and assertion of legal claims (Art 6 para. 1 lit f DSGVO), express consent (Art 9 para. 2 lit a DSGVO).

Storage period: Until termination of the business relationship or until expiry of the guarantee, warranty, statute of limitations and statutory storage periods (in particular BAO) applicable to the Customer; furthermore until termination of any legal disputes in which the data is required as evidence.

Recipient/Receiver Categories: Tax office, courts and authorities, suppliers, debt collection agencies for debt collection, banks involved in payment to the person concerned or to third parties, legal representatives, accountants and tax consultants, payroll accountants.

The provision of your personal data is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. We cannot conclude a contract with you without this data.

2.5 Customer service and marketing for own purposes

Purpose: Processing of own or purchased customer and prospective customer data for the initiation of business concerning the own supply or service offer as well as for the execution of advertising measures and newsletter dispatch; Customer Relation Management.

Legal basis: Consent (Art 6 para 1 lit a DSGVO), performance of a contract, required for the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Art 6 para 1 lit b DSGVO), performance of a legal obligation (Art 6 para 1 lit c DSGVO), legitimate interest, in particular defence, exercise and assertion of legal claims (Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO).
The following data will be processed for the newsletter dispatch: master data
Storage period: The data may be stored until the end of the third year after the last contact, unless longer contractual or legal storage periods exist.
Recipient/Receiver categories: Company of the analysis service/service provider

In general, the personal data collected is processed for the following legitimate business purposes:

- Provide products and services to you and to meet your requests;
- Management of customer and supplier relationships and communication;
- Product development;
- Improve the user experience of our website;
- Marketing our products or services;
- Conduct customer surveys and product surveys;
- Organize events and trade shows;

4. Rights of data subjects / right of objection and revocation / right of appeal

Right to information (Art. 15 EU GDPR):

Right to rectification (Art. 16) and deletion (Art. 17 EU GDPR):
